The Company has two branches in the United Kingdom. The Southern Branch is based at the Head Office in Rayleigh, Essex and the Northern Office is in Glasgow in Scotland. Both offices are linked to external sales representatives operating throughout the UK and Northern Ireland.

The product portfolio of raytel Security Systems consists of both Distributed Goods and In-House manufactured products. The company is the exclusive UK distributor for a number of prominent international manufacturers such as Elvox Spa of Padova, Italy, and these products are combined with the company's own products to form a comprehensive range of combined Door Entry and Access Control Systems.

The flexibility and modular nature of these systems means that they can meet most requirements from simple, one door standalone systems to more sophisticated, multidoor, door entry and access systems. Raytel Security Systems are best suited to those applications where individual buildings or doors require simple but secure protection from unauthorised entry but provide easy entry for authorised members of staff. The door entry systems have stylish handsets using the latest technology connected to robust, vandal resistant, stainless steel entrance panels. The access systems can be standalone or fully networkable utilising keypads or proximity readers as required. Interfaces to other forms of identification systems can be provided.
