Take the slip road off the A127 onto the Rayleigh Weir Roundabout.
Take the exit for Southend (as if you were going to go back onto the A127)
Take the first turning on the left (immediately after the Weir Public House) onto Brook Road Industrial Estate - our building is situated approximately a quarter of a mile down Brook Road on the corner of Totman Crescent.
