In-House Manufacture The Company markets products manufactured in-house by the Raytel Group. The range includes:
Client Services An expanding area of our business activity is the provision of special control/instrumentation equipment to client specification. We are well positioned to do this by virtue of our many years of experience in the general control and instrumentation field coupled to the electronic design expertise of the Development, Design and Manufacturing Department of the Raytel Group. A particular area of specification is the Railway Industry where we have business links going back many years. The considerable experience gained from this and other areas of work enable us to offer the following services:
Quality Objectives Measurable quality objectives are set for all levels within the Company and documented as part of our quality management system. Quality objectives are agreed and assigned at the management review (although the Managing Director can introduce new or amended objectives at any time) and are consistent with our Quality Policy. Quality objectives are communicated to every team member in Rayleigh Instruments Ltd and we actively encourage our team members to make the commitment of achieving these objectives to the best of their abilities. Quality Policy We at Rayleigh Instruments Ltd have established a quality management system that is relevant to the purpose of our business and complies with the requirements of ISO9001:2000 and those required by statutory and regulatory bodies. Document DGB/205, enclosed herein, illustrates the interaction between our quality management processes, and refers to documented procedures we require to apply such processes. (A list of all documented procedures DGB/205L-3 is available on request). By ensuring our commitment to monitoring, measuring and analysing our key processes, we aim not only to provide our customers with the best possible service to the highest possible standards but ensure continued profitability and continual improvement of the Business System in accordance with the requirements of The Raytel Group. Every member of our team has been employed on the basis of the appropriate education and experience relevant to his/her position. We are committed to quality training for our team members and equipping them with the skills they need for satisfying customer requirements. We appreciate that when team members are well-trained and customer-focused they will meet and even exceed all customer expectations. This Policy is reviewed for suitability annually at the Management Review but may be revised as necessary with the approval of the Managing Director at any time to reflect changes in the company that may have a quality impact. The Policy is made known to all new starters as part of the induction training, is posted on all relevant notice boards and all employees have been provided with a copy.
